30.09.2015 The new Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” came into effect

On September 30, 2015 The new Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” came into effect. The Law recognizes the definitions of “e-commerce”, “e-trade”, “internet-store”, “e-good”, “e-deal”. The Law provides general rules and provisions as to conclusion and execution of e-deals.
