On June 3, 2016 Olena Yatsenko and Tetyana Tukalevska attended the seminar Seminar on Trademarks and Industrial designs applications considerations held by the Ukrainian Institute of Intellectual Property (Ukrpatent). Claiming priorities, on-line filing system, changes of the last edition on Nice classifications, new methods and procedures of trademark examination and protection of the EU geographical names in Ukraine were in the focus of the discussion.
