On June 2 2016 Olena Gupal attended Intellectual Property Forum – IPF 2016, held in Kyiv, Ukraine. The Forum was organized with the assistance of State Intellectual Property Service of Ukraine.
On the Forum the participants had the opportunity to discuss the Conceptual foundation of reforming of the state system of intellectual property regulation in Ukraine, approved the the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
In the course of panel debates the members had the opportunity to share of best practices and views in respect of the problematic issues of patent, trademark and copyright regulations in Ukraine, as well as to discuss the proposed law on designs protection improvements. In conclusion, the members considered the court practice and on-coming legislative changes of judiciary system in Ukraine.
